Some of the key financial institutions that Greg has worked extensively with includes: The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation; the Development Bank of Singapore; Coutts Bank von Ernst and the Allianz Group. In each of these cases, Greg trained the CEO or General Manager of these organisations as well as the managerial staff to increase productivity and sustainable performance successfully.
Greg has had 27 successful years in the sales and marketing environment with a strong human resource management background. In addition, Greg has conducted extensive research studies into the development of Managers and Sales Staff of a sociological and psychological nature throughout Australia and Asia.
He has held key positions in diverse organisations ranging from insurance and financial services, real estate, retail, construction and oil Industries. His positions included being State Manager of Capita Finance Group; State Manager, Victoria & Tasmania of MLC; General Manager of Rhema Developments; and General Manager of Lake Group Australia.
As the General Manager of Lake Group Australia, Greg played a pivotal role in building the largest general agency of its kind in the country with a 50-million-dollar gross income over a four-year period. Whilst in this position, he was instrumental in developing all sales training workshops and methods practised by the company. He also assisted in developing the company’s sales force from a team of 40 to an army of 300 within three years.
