RAM Ratings withdraws rating of NUR Power’s RM650 mil Guaranteed Sukuk Mudharabah Programme

RAM Ratings has withdrawn the respective AAA(bg)/Stable and AAA(fg)/Stable ratings of Tranche 1 and Tranche 2 of NUR Power Sdn Bhd’s RM650 mil Guaranteed Sukuk Mudharabah (2012/2027). This follows the early redemption of the sukuk on 31 July 2019. As such, RAM no longer has any rating obligations in respect of the debt facility.
