RAM Ratings has withdrawn the ratings of ADIB Sukuk Company II Ltd’s Proposed RM1.5 billion Islamic Medium-Term Notes Programme (the Programme). ADIB Sukuk Company II Ltd is a funding conduit of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank PJSC (ADIB). The Programme consisted of Senior and Subordinated Sukuk which carried ratings of AAA(s) and AA1(s) respectively. No issuance was ever made from the Programme.
Meanwhile, we will continue to maintain surveillance on ADIB’s AAA/Stable/P1 financial institution ratings.
