RAM Ratings has withdrawn the AA1/Stable rating of Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad’s (the Group) RM1.0 bil Multi-Currency Islamic Medium-Term Notes (IMTN) Programme (2012/2022) after the outstanding amount of the notes was fully redeemed on 2 September 2022. Accordingly, we no longer have any rating obligation in respect of the facility.
We will, however, maintain surveillance of the Group’s following debt issues:
RM2.0 bil IMTN Programme (2022/2052)
RM2.0 bil IMTN Programme (2019/2039)
RM1.6 bil Multi-Currency IMTN Programme (2015/2027)
