Errata: Amendment in reNIKOLA Solar II’s credit rating rationale

RAM Ratings has included the definition for the Intercompany Financing Agreement (IFA) as well as Conditions Precedent (CP) in pages 2 and 7 of reNIKOLA Solar II Sdn Bhd’s rating rationale. We have also corrected the amounts for the transaction’s cumulative distributions in pages 15 and 17. The amended rationale, republished on our website supersedes the version released on 4 August 2023, with respect to the above.
