RAM Ratings has corrected the term ”Conditional Recognition Option” on Page 4 of Hong Leong Investment Bank’s (the Bank) rating rationale to ”Consolidated Recognition Option”. Additionally, following the finalisation of revisions to the principal terms and conditions of the Bank’s RM1 bil Multi-Currency Tier-2 Subordinated Notes Programme (2014/2039), we have amended the relevant statement in Paragraph 1 of Page 2 of the report to reflect this. The amended rationale, which has been accordingly republished on our website, supersedes the version released on 7 May 2024.
