KIP REIT Capital fully redeems 2019-Issue 1 Class A MTN

RAM Ratings has received confirmation that KIP REIT Capital Sdn Bhd fully redeemed the outstanding RM210 mil 2019-Issue 1 Class A Medium-Term Notes (MTN) under its RM2.0 billion MTN Programme (Perpetual) on 31 July 2024. The redemption was made through the successful issuance of 2024-Issue 4 MTN under the programme (click here for details). As such, we have withdrawn the AAA/Stable rating of the 2019-Issue 1 Class A MTN and no longer have any rating obligation in respect of the security.
