RAM Ratings withdraws Dar Al Arkan’s corporate ratings

RAM Ratings has withdrawn the A2/Stable/P2 corporate credit ratings of Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company (Dar Al Arkan or the Group) at the request of the Group. Consequently, we will no longer have any rating obligation in respect of Dar Al Arkan. The ratings were last published on 17 January 2024.
