RAM Ratings assigns R4 rating to NSW Automation Sdn Bhd’s Investment Note; ESG Readiness Level assessed as Satisfactory

RAM Ratings has assigned a credit rating of R4 to NSW Automation Sdn Bhd’s (NSW or the Company) Investment Note of up to RM10 million, to be issued under the BR Capital platform. The rating indicates adequate safety for payment of financial obligations.
Meanwhile, RAM Sustainability has conducted an ESG Readiness Assessment (ESGRA) on the Company and has assessed its ESG Readiness level as Satisfactory. This indicates that NSW has basic but growing ESG practices. The ESGRA is conducted in conjunction with the Company’s up to RM10 million Investment Note, to be issued under the BR Capital platform.
