RAM Ratings has withdrawn the P1 rating of YTL Corporation Berhad’s (YTL Corp) RM5 bil Commercial Paper (CP) Programme (2019/2026) following confirmation from the Facility Agent that programme has expired with no outstanding CPs, thereby removing RAM’s rating coverage of the programme.

The AAA/Stable ratings of its RM5 bil MTN Programme (2019/2044) as well as the Company’s RM2 bil MTN Programme (2013/2038) remain under surveillance.

An investment holding company, YTL Corp’s credit standing is supported by a diversified portfolio spanning power generation, water and sewerage services, cement and building materials, property, construction, hotels and telecommunications.
