RAM Ratings: INTI fully redeems outstanding MTN; AAA(fg)/Stable ratings withdrawn

RAM Ratings has withdrawn, at the issuer’s request, the AAA(fg)/Stable rating on INTI Universal Holdings Sdn Bhd’s (INTI or the Group) RM300 million 5-year Guaranteed Medium-Term Notes 2023/2028 (MTN) Programme. The facility was backed by an irrevocable and unconditional guarantee from Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility, a trust fund of the Asian Development Bank (rated AAA/Stable/P1).

The rating withdrawal follows the full early redemption of the RM165 mil outstanding MTN and the subsequent cancellation of the MTN programme on 28 August 2026, as confirmed by the facility agent. The programme was originally scheduled to mature on 2 November 2028.

Consequently, RAM no longer has any rating obligations in respect of the MTN Programme. The rating was last published on 31 October 2025 (available here).
